A cheap 2 bedroom house , summer kitchen ,plot 1500m2 and outbuildings.
House consists of :
A big hallway , living room, one small bedroom and another good sized
bedroom.
Next to the house is the summer kitchen. Also has a cellar and various
barns/shelters.
The WC and shower room are next to the summer kitchen , but are not in a
good condition ,so most probably have to be renovated totally.
Anyway – it would not take much to make it a lovely home.
The house is situated in Lipnitsa - a lovely clean village, with doctor, post office, shops, nursery ,etc etc.
There are a few UK families living in Lipnitsa.
It`s in the Northwest of Bulgaria in the Vratsa region, on the main E15 road - which is always kept clear in the winter, 20 minutes from the Oryahovo/Bechet, (Romanian ferry crossing over Danube). 2 hours from Sofia
